I’ve worn many hats here — Class Representative for 4 years, Placement Coordinator, Vice President and head of Design in two societies — while juggling internships and my own projects. Negotiating with administration, curating smooth experiences for recruiters, and managing chaos have taught me one thing: responsibility isn’t a checkbox, it’s a habit.
